By applying for a rescue Boxer, you hereby grant permission to your veterinarian and other listed references to disclose information to NBC Rescue volunteers. We place dogs in Minnesota only.

Adopter Agreement
Potential adopter(s) swears the information provided on this form is complete and truthful to the best of their knowledge. Potential adopter(s) further declares that they are financially and physically capable of caring for this dog, and agree that their responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing proper food, veterinary care, bedding, toys, crate and so on at their own expense. Adopter(s) also agrees to never allow this dog to run "at large".
Rescue volunteers will inform adopter(s) of any specific health or behavioral problem of which they are aware. It is understood that rescue volunteers do not in any way warrant or guarantee any rescue Boxer's future temperament development or future health, as such is affected by variables such as history, environment and nutrition, which are beyond the control of NBC rescue volunteers. Potential adopter(s) agree NBC rescue and its volunteers are not liable for any problems or damages incurred by or to the Boxer while in possession of the adopter(s). The adopter(s) agree to defend and hold harmless NBC rescue and its volunteers for all charges of liability to any person(s) due to the actions of any Boxer acquired through this organization.
Potential adopter(s) agree to maintain any Boxer acquired in a family environment, to properly socialize, train and care for same, as recommended by NBC rescue volunteers, all at adopter's expense. Specifically, said rescue Boxer shall be properly housed, licensed, and inoculated against rabies and other communicable diseases as advised by a veterinarian.
NBC rescue volunteers have discussed and adopter(s) understands the responsibility and financial burden owning a dog requires. Adopter(s) also understands the adoption fee is non-refundable.
